In the current so-called paperless world, papers still exist, and must be stored in an easily retrievable system. Pro-Stak will take your Excel spread sheet of Folder names, print them on VISUAL Tabs or Labels, apply them to your new folders, and deliver them to you. This takes the heat out of the task for you, and helps to achieve a tidy, well ordered office environment.
Examples of subjects where paper records are more essential: Personal Records/ Training & Education/ Insurances/ Passwords/ Motor Vehicle Records/ Projects/ Drawings/ Building Plans/ Action Plans etc.

Build your Archive System year on year as required

This Pro-Stak Archive System, consists of OUTABOXES each containing 4 INNABOXES. The OUTABOXES can be stacked up to 6 rows high, using Strengthening Kits on the lower 3 rows. Being modular, Outaboxes can be used to fill unused spaces, Eg. under stairs etc.
Each INNABOX can contain up to 1000 A4 80gsm sheets of filing, equalling the contents of 2 normal Lever Arch Files. For Health and Safety, this system is recommended, as there are no heavy boxes to lift down. The average weight of an inner box is 25% of the traditional type of Archive Box.
