Thursday 18.00pm - 19.15pm (Hatha Yoga). Thursday 19.30pm - 20.45pm (Ante-natal Yoga). Friday 11.00am - 12.15am (Hatha Yoga). Friday 18.15pm - 19.30pm (Hatha Yoga). HELD AT Carmen Maria Dance Studio, 28-30 Upper Floor, Liverpool Road, Crosby Village. PRIVATE TUITION ALSO AVAILABLE for individuals or small groups in your home.
