We are a group of Personal Trainers looking to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. With extensive experience in the fitness industry, we understand how to coach and educate individuals to enable them to break bad habits in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

The Studio

The studio is fully equipped to guarantee that your trainer provides you with the highest quality training. We focus on providing a professional, informative and friendly service in a relaxed and informal environment. We will work with you to understand your limitations and concerns, iron out any issues that have limited past performance, help you to set out short and long-term goals and create a personalised programme to suit your needs.
We are passionate about health and fitness. Whether you are young, old, fit, unfit, motivated, de-motivated, we aim to change your life for the better.

Classes

For those who like a change from one to one training, or who enjoy group exercise and need some motivation, these sessions could be right for you. The classes are focused on improved strength, weight loss and general fitness. You will work hard, be pushed to your limit and feel fantastic afterwards! Classes are no bigger than 8 people.
