Before we clean your Carpets we carry out a free inspection to determine fibre type, level of soiling and general condition of the carpets. We will always provide a realistic expectation of the end result.

Step 1: Pre-Inspection - We will walk through your home with you to visually inspect the carpet as well as listen to any concerns you may have.
Step 2: Furniture Moving - We move your furniture, we clean under them then put them back in place... its included in the service, NO CHARGE
Step 3: Deep Vacuuming - A powerful, commercial grade vacuum cleaner is used to remove as much loose soiling from deep down in the carpet fibre before the pre-spray stage.
Step 4: Pre-spray - An eco-friendly pre-conditioning agent is applied to emulsify and break down traffic area soil and general spots for a more thorough cleaning.
Step 5: Agitation - Carpets are then thoroughly agitated using an electrically powered Brush. This helps to thoroughly coat all fibres with the pre-conditioning agent in order to maximise breakdown of soiling. This process also helps to restore flattened pile.
Step 6: Soil Extraction and Rinse - The carpet is then thoroughly rinsed using hot PLAIN water (so no residues are left behind), at the same time powerful vacuum volume is used to extract all the soiled particles and moisture to avoid wetting the carpet or leaving a sticky residue behind.
Step 7: Post Spot - Any spots or stains still remaining will get extra treatment with our many specialty spotting solutions.
Step 8: Post Cleaning Inspection - We will walk around with you to check you are happy with our service.
