Farrells Home Improvement Company started trading in 1986 and is owned and managed by two local Welsh Directors who have a wealth of experience when it comes to improving the home. Our store is situated on Cardiff Road in Aberaman, Aberdare, opposite the new Abercwmboi Rugby Club and next to Home Bargains. Yes thats us, the store is approx 8000 sq feet and full of great ideas for the home. Tired of all those large superstores, who don’t give you much assistance when shopping then come to “Farrells Aberdare” for some good old fashioned friendly advise on anything connected to the home. We know you will be very pleased and surprised.

We employ local staff who have also been with us for a number of years and are 1st class in putting together great ideas and colour schemes for your home. Locally we offer a free measuring service on our Kitchens, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Fireplaces, Wallpaper and Paints together with a full fitting service which includes electrics, plumbing and tiling etc. or we can simply ‘supply only’ and deliver direct to your home. If you live further afield simply post, fax or email your plans or drawings to us and we will willingly draw a 3D CAD drawing together with costings. We can deliver anywhere in the UK. We have over 25 displays and a selection of over 250 doors on display. We offer a free measuring service locally.
Our prices are competitive with the likes of B&Q, Wickes and Homebase. We can also save you money on fitting costs compared to the larger stores.

At Farrells we are able to put together the total kitchen solution for you including tiles, flooring, lighting, worktops and sinks etc..We supply good quality kitchens from our entry level eco range through to our top of the range, catering for all budgets. Our fitting teams will install your kitchen to a very high standard. This service will include all plumbing, electrical and tiling work. f you live out of the area you can still send us your plans or room sizes and we will complete a 3D drawing together with costings.
We have over 15 displays and a large tiling area to mix and match your tiles or the new waterproof cladding which is on display.
