I would like to relay how helpful this organisation is namely Carol and Karen for their support and help, Carol supported me during lockdown and helped me with knitting relaying patterns to me as I find them a bit daunting 😀 also going for coffee and chats with very much help and care, then for my recent meetings with Karen l,she has posted me in the right direction to volunteering in mental health possibly also has given me the time and care with researchimg local groups in my area this has been such good help.
