My name is Andrew Hill. I have worked in estate agency since 1964 and have worked in Portishead since 1969. I do the majority of take-ons, valuations and viewings for my company. I am assisted by my wife Roslyn. Jeff who has worked with me on Fridays for a number of years and has 40 years experience in the business. Maggie is our book keeper and our holiday relief. She has been assocciated with us since February 1997. We regularly change our Saturday staff as they go on to university, and they are normally from sixth form at Gordano School. We now have Sam working for us on Saturdays. He is from Gordano School and I hope he will enjoy his time with us.

Andrew Hill has worked in Portishead since 1969 and has extensive local knowledge.

As a result of his connections in the community he has done valuations for a wide variety of organisations including the Scouts and churches in Portishead.

Valuations are free of charge for sale purposes, and fees are charged for Probate, Matrimonial and other court work. Many vendors do not like 'For Sale' boards and we do not pressure our vendors if they do not wish to have a board.

Our vendors can be reassured that all our viewings are accompanied and we are the only agent in Portishead who will tell you that if a viewing is not accompanied, our fee is not payable, unless a proposed purchaser makes a direct approach to the vendor. We have a policy of viewings until 9pm.
