Peer to peer loans Peer lending is a valuable alternative to traditional bank lending and brings together a number of lenders and investors who pool their money to provide business loans. I can prepare your application and then submit it to the most effective providers.

CDFI loans Community Development Finance Initiatives (CDFIs) have the facility to provide commercial loans even if the organisation or individual concerned has a poor credit rating. I work closely with a number of UK CDFIs and they are a really useful option when traditional bank loans are not an option.
