Business Description

Our working day begins before dawn, when the first deliveries of fresh fish arrive at our purpose built premises in Huddersfield. Our expert team then prepare and package the fish to our exacting standards, in time to meet the daily delivery schedule. By 8am the fish is ready for our customers and our fleet of vans transport the fish across the North of England

Thanks to continuous staff training in safe food handling, preparation and hygiene and our use of a fleet of temperature controlled vehicles, we can guarantee all deliveries will reach you on time and in the freshest condition.

We take pride in our staff, several of whom have won prizes in national fish craftsman competitions. Many of Sail Brand’s staff have been with the company over twenty years, building up a wealth of knowledge of both the industry and the needs of our customers.

Catering is a fast paced business, and our goal is to meet changing menus and consumer tastes by sourcing the freshest food every day. Keeping in regular contact with you is essential if we are to meet your needs, and our team of friendly and efficient customer service staff are here to help.

We provide next day delivery on all orders placed by midnight the preceding day.
