Welcome To Loving Living Being

Sometimes all that is needed is some time and space to talk about what is happening to us with someone who is giving us all their attention and listening. Friends and family are often the ones we turn to but this may not always feel right, especially if the issue that we want to discuss is very personal or painful or it concerns the people who are closest to us. Meeting with a counsellor or psychotherapist can be helpful in addressing many issues especially if we are feeling overwhelmed, ashamed, powerless, stuck or we have simply lost our way.

The overall approach in which I was trained is transpersonal which simply means that all aspects of ourselves are included - mind, body, spirit and soul and exploring the meaning and purpose of your life unfolding together can be exciting, profoundly inspiring and creative.
