Avoid this dealer

James Car Company (JCC) sold me a faulty Skoda Roomster in October which was not roadworthy as it did not comply to MOT standards, as per seller's contract/invoice, page 2. The car had several faults, such as the licence plate lights and the exhaust, which were an absolute mess, and both faults were MOT related issues. Had the car been presented for an MOT with the exhaust in that condition, would have failed. I paid for the licence plate lights £20, which the seller refunded, but for the exhaust I paid £250, (parts and labour,) however he only paid £100 towards it, which is not only unfair but it is also a selfish act. I wrote to him, but he refuses to reply. Beware of this seller! AVOID him by any cost. I WOULD NOT recommend JCC to any one in any way, shape or form, unless you want to experience what I have experienced. There are many snakes in the grass, and he may be one of them.
