Van Der Molen is an experienced refurbishment contractor based in Essex offering a Nationwide service for commercial clients and a 50 mile radius of RM14 2DN for domestic clients.

Effectively in 2007 van der molen was taken over by Ellis Decorations, a painting and decorating business that was established in 1961 by Norman Ellis. Ellis Decorations has a very good reputation for offering high quality work backed up by a superior service lacking in many companies within the building trade, this includes a fast service for estimating work, always turning up on time, sending a written estimate detailing the work and cost and then carrying out the work on time in a professional manner.

The one problem we had was Ellis Decorations was only known as a painting and decorating company even though for years we had carried out other services so the way forward was to buy a refurbishment company. Managing Director of the enlarged Company Adrian Ellis is looking to expand the business over the next few years this will include using our brand name Van Der Molen on custom made kitchens and bedroom furniture.

Loft rooms and extensions are becoming more popular again as people are investing in there home in place of moving. At Van Der Molen we work on a range of building from a domestic house in Romford or East London through to a large casino in Yorkshire, a theatre in Hornchurch, a restaurant in Portsmouth and up to 2009 10 years regular work at an West Ham football club, we also travel the country on a regular basis carrying out shopfitting work for Nationwide businesses either spraying shop fronts or carrying out complete refurbishments from design to completion van der molen is your one stop place for all trades. please call us soon.
