Resin driveways and paths are resin bound gravel applied to an area. Resin bound gravel is an attractive, hard wearing, low maintenance surface. Cost to install a Resin bound gravel area is between the costs of tarmac and block paving.

Gravel Drives

Concrete and block paved drives are not permeable so rain water runs off them creating a flood risk. Developers are urged by Council Planners to use SuDs (Sustainable Drainage Systems) on drives whereever possible, to reduce water run off from drives and reduce the risk of floods. Resin bound driveways are permeable allowing rainwater to drain naturally back to the water table.
