The majority of our Staff and Management have a minimum of 5 years experience within the Security Industry and are carefully chosen through a selection of interviews, competency based questions and personality questionnaires to ensure our clients are receiving the highest quality of service. Our Staff and Management teams go through vigorous checks prior to employment to ensure suitability, and once employed they undertake numerous training programmes. All front-line staff members are fully SIA (Security Industry Authority) licensed and have a current CRB (Criminal Records Bureau).
