TISKA London Colney is part of TISKA (Traditional International Shotokan Karate Association), which is one of the largest Karate Associations in the UK. The resident instructor, Mr C Gregory has been doing Karate for over 20 yrs and has many years of teaching experience, which is invaluable when teaching all different ages and abilities.
