Theo Stylianou founded SIMPLY CATERING with the guidance and assistance of The Prince's Trust. With the help of The Prince's Trust, Theo was selected to work for over a year at Mosimann's where under the guidance of Mr Anton Mosimann, he gained in-depth knowledge of banqueting work.

Working at Mosimann's gave Theo the opportunity to use his banqueting skills to be part of a team who prepared and served Christmas lunch in December 2003 to Prince Charles and Prince William at St James's Palace. Theo has also been awarded a certiicate in food saftey by the Chartered Institue of Environmental Health

At SIMPLY CATERING, Theo controls the day to day running of the business, as well as personally supervising the preparation of all menus. Personal interaction and understanding customer needs is an important aspect of the service provided by Theo and SIMPLY CATERING.
