I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. I visited a shop to send the parcel via Yodel, but I was met with rudeness and unhelpfulness from the staff.
Terrible customer service
Went to the store today to collect some parcels that had been delivered by Yodel. Was told they had been sent back after. After contacting Yodel they informed me that the parcels weren’t due to be sent back to them for a few more days. In other words they had lost them in the store.
