Clearwater are a privately owned, established Block Management company who offer a fresh approach and are extremely proud of the high level of service and pro-active nature our company is renowned for. Although our current portfolio is predominately based in Manchester, we cover the whole of the North West region.

We offer a full Block Management service for the residential and commercial sector. All our contractors go through a rigorous pre-qualification check before commencing on site. We utilise the same contractors for each service sector on all of our sites, holding a good working relationship – this enables us to keep a tight control of our contractor database, which maximises cost effectiveness, in turn keeping the service charge expenditure to a minimum at no compromise to high service levels. We concentrate our skills on those things we excel in – This is why Clearwater are the dedicated block management company.
