What I Do

I have more than 10 years experience as a HR Manager in a large organisation. My experience is backed with professional qualifications and I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personal Development . I am also a qualified Coach, Master NLP Practitioner and an experienced Trainer and Mentor. I am a member of the Assciation of Professional Coaches, Trainers and Consultants. I am passionate about learning and development in the workplace. The methods I use include 1-1 strategy sessions, webinars, videos, audio and text. Background

I was a former HR Manager with more than 10 years experience of managing a team every day. At one point I was responsible for providing a HR service to almost 1,000 staff in a public facing department. I've worked with 100s of managers, especially those with challenging people management issues. I've attended 1,000s of management meetings and worked with senior managers and chief officers. I've learnt what makes effective managers and leaders 'tick'.
