Sargies is a small family run business based in Bude, North Cornwall. Set up by established professional chef Dave Sargent to showcase his delicious creations, Sargies are proud of their growing reputation and following, having sold their products successfully through farmers markets for a number of years, now Sargies products are also available from leading supermarkets.

Just look out for the distinctive black and white Sargies logo – the Mark of Fine Cornish Food!

Sargies

We are a food manufactuer that has been running since May 2007. We produce a range of puddings , meringues and lemon curd. They are all made in small batchs by hand to keep the high standard that we known for. We use Cornish free range eggs in all our products and we they only producers of Meringues mad with free range eggs from the Cotswolds down!! We make a range of 3 puddings, Sticky toffee and fudge sauce, Sticky Chocolate and Treacle sponge all come as 2 portions in a size of 255g.

We also provide a high class Private Chef Service. The owner Dave Sargent a fully trained chef has worked in a range of top restaurants for over 16 yrs and we have become known to provide first class food with exceptional service.
