About Us

Concrete Panel Ltd are a pre-stressed concrete walling specialist. Established 2003, we have recently undergone an expansion and increased our production capabilities and capacity, now giving us the ability to produce pre-stressed walling panels to meet most applications: - Industrial units, Grain walling, Silage clamps, Soil/aggregate retention, recycling/waste storage, agricultural livestock walling, security, general storage, etc.

Standard panel heights are 1m (3ft 3") or 1.2m (4ft), also 0.490m and 0.590m heights are available. all heights are available in 100mm (4") and 145mm (5 3/4") thicknesses.

Lengths can be produced to suit most customer requirements, as standard we manufacture 4.572m (15ft) and 6.096m (20ft), which we try to hold some of in stock at all times wherever possible. a maximum length produced would be around 7m (23ft).

Pre - Stressed Concrete Panels and Concrete Walls

Since undergoing our recent expansion and improvements we believe we are manufacturing an excellent quality product at an affordable price within the marketplace.

These pre-stressed concrete panels were designed with the end user in mind, with ease of fitting the highest of priorities.

All panels now have two cast in 20mm threaded holes inset into the tongue of the panel, for lifting the panels into place with tested 20mm swivel lifting eyes (which can be supplied if required).

The term 'pre-stressed' refers to concrete being cast over tensioned strands of wire. Once the concrete has cured to an extent the wires can then be de-tensioned leaving the wire tensioned within the concrete to create a panel which has flexible properties under load.

Concrete Wall and Building Fabrication

Manufactured and designed to BS5502-22:2003 and BS8110-1:1997 using a minimum 60N/mm concrete and 9.3mm high tensile strand wire, these pre-stressed panels are a quick and easy way to build walls for varying applications including: Cattle sheds, Milking Parlours, Stables, Grain Stores, Silage Clamps, Slurry Stores, Aggregate Storage, Waste Transfer Stations, Recycling Storage Bays and are a stronger, quicker and more efficient way to build a wall.

The panels can either be manufactured to your personal requirements or we carry stocks of standard size panels at most times of year.
