DON'T USE ANDI CARS GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE! - They refused to take us where we needed to go! ruining my birthday! I would give 0 stars but that't not an option. We had booked with Andi cars to get us to Winchester for my birthday celebrations. Booking was taken with no issues, and we were made to pay the return leg of the journey in advance. On the day, despite booking a month ago, they failed to show up on time, when my husband called they told us they were struggling to allocate a driver. After 30 minutes waiting we called again and was told a driver 7 mins away from us will be allocated, after waiting on hold we were then told the driver refused the job. I have never experienced a taxi company flat out refusing to get us where we wanted to go, clearly unless you want to go local Andi cars are simply not interested. I just wish this was told to us when we booked so we could have made alternative arrangements. But they couldn't care less. There is 0 professionality with this company.
