Millennium Consultants can arrange funding for all kinds of commercial projects ranging from $5M to US$ 1000 M. We offer a variety of financing solutions to suit your projects including secured loans, non-recourse loans and Joint-Venture Financing. We represent several lending platforms which offer flexible terms. Most investors seek a contribution by the project owner varying between 10-25%. But some projects could be funded upto 100% depending upon the nature of the project and lender's willingness to do so.
Ideal projects should have 5% in cash reserves or 20% in available equity. Projects should have seasoned staff, proven past performance, exceptional margins, existing revenue, future purchase agreements or high return on investment once completed.
Our sweet spot is for projects $150M and above, though smaller projects are also accommodated.
We favor alternative energy, expansion capital, hotels resorts, infrastructure projects, medical facilities, clean water and housing. An excellent resource for Developers, Real Estate Investment Trusts, City Projects and Commercial Lenders Maxed at 90% LTV. Unsecured loans for UK businesses

Millennium Consultants has access to a fund for unsecured personal loans of £ 5,000 to £150,000, unsecured commercial loans from £25,000 to £200,000, secured personal loans up to £200,000 and secured commercial loans up to £3 million. The fund is FCA approved.
The applicant must be a British Passport holder, a house owner [preferably], be able to show his monthly income [in the shape of bank statements] since the past six months thus proving his ability to repay the same. We need proof of address and all supporting documents. Our processing time is seven days.

Cost varies on the face value of the banking instrument, its validity and the source which issues such instruments. This is the most common form of security acceptable all lenders around the world.
