4 Heatons Windows & Roofline Specialise in both windows and roofline services.

Windows - we specialise in supplying and installing both uPVC and timber windows, and all aspects of window repairs including unit replacements due to misted or failed units without the need to change the frame.

Roofline - we specialise in all aspects of roofline including fascia, soffits and guttering, complete re-roofs and roof repairs.

Also popular in the Heatons, Chorlton and South Manchester area are apex refurbishments and spire renovations. Renovate the existing apex using a hard long standing material but at the same time keep the look of the style of the property.

We have tried to cover as much work as possible which we carry out and specialise in although the list of building works we carryout on a daily basis is very extensive.

Windows

We carry out installation of uPVC and timber frames with fitted double glazing.

We can supply and fit uPVC frames in various colours, with the most popular being white.

We also carry out the installation of uPVC doors, composite doors, rock doors and timber doors.

If you don't want to change the frames we can change the panes, this may be due to the existing glass being misted or the units failed or even broken. We install single glazed, double glazed, toughened glass and laminated glass. All glass installation is carried out in accordance with current building regulations.

Or maybe you have a broken handle or a broken hinge, even a door lock or patio door lock. We also specialise in lock repairs to both windows and doors.

Roofing

We specialise in full replacement of the main roof and replacement of flats roofs including porch and conservatory roofs, garage roofs and pitched roofs.

We can repair damaged roofs such as a missing tile or a slate and replace lead flashing around the chimney or gulley area.

We can re-point chimney stacks, re-point ridges and valleys, fit in air bricks and carryout investigations relating to penetration of any heat in the loft area which may be causing damp in the upstairs rooms.

We also pride ourselves in the installation of uPVC or timber fascia boards, soffits and barge boards, guttering, downspouts and dry verge systems.
