Claredale House offers a self-catered accommodation to students from September to June. There are 265 single rooms, which are grouped into 68 flats, with between two to five rooms per flat. Claredale House is a four-storey block of flats around an internal courtyard with lockable gates. Each flats is fully equipped with a kitchen, bathroom and phone line for incoming calls. The kitchen has a cooker and fridge/freezer. The rooms have central heating and are fully furnished with lockable doors.
