Southwark Carers is a charitable organisation and was established to alleviate the conditions of life of carers in circumstances where they care for elderly, sick, disabled, mentally ill or otherwise infirm. Southwark Carers arrange, facilitate, promote and organise activities to support carers groups. These range from organizing fix yourself breaks and respite care through to outings, activities and special events for carers.
