PEP is a QS9000 accredited manufacturer of custom made precision injection mouldings servicing the Automotive, Engineering, Electrical, Electronic and Technical Medical industries.
The company is dedicated to quality, continuous improvement and customer support, achieved by working with their customers on a team basis, not just for them. Our own tool making facilities, together with associated toolmakers, provide the complete supporting service demanded by customers.

PEP’s state of the art production plant incorporates a CIM (Computer Integrated Manufacturing) System, Second Operation finishing & assembly facilities and 18 modern microprocessor controlled injection-moulding machines (including a 2-shot capability and a vertical 80T Arburg), with capacities ranging from 20 to 300 tonnes. These advanced process facilities enable PEP to provide the service required; High Quality, ”Zero Defect” injection mouldings, in all grades of engineering thermoplastics.
