Very untrustworthy man. Sells old goods that are not fit for purpose. I bought a fridgefreezer from him which completely stopped working within 4 days, and destroyed all the food, which he refused to compensate me for. He was unable to repair the fridge yet refused to refund the money or collect his property. He is happy to sell fridges known to be leaking gases. Tried getting a response from him for weeks, he leads you on for as long as he can. He illegally stamps on his receipts "no refunds" Trading Standards should investigate this Very unhinged and aggressive seller. Now I have to pursue through a small claims court.
Appalling service
Agressive, unresponsive, and a poor attention to detail/ shoddy workmanship. Spent three days waiting for this guy to show up or respond to my repeated callls/ texts. So called reconditioned machine arrived with incompatible and missing parts that he had to go back and search at his premises for before connecting. Flooded kitchen on second use as door seal disconnected. Arrived very late in the eveinng, after I had been repeatedly calling/ texting him for 3 days without response and booked that day off work. Was very aggressive when he arrived/ proceeded to blame me for losing/ dislodging the door seal clamp. Roll on a month and the same machine is making very ofdd noises, smoke starts pouring out and noticed the drum has completely detached (after switching machine off because of smoke). Now is not responding to calls and texts -I have given him an ultimatum to respond before I will be contacting trading standards -we will see if he even bothers this time round!
