SJC Services is a company providing a property maintenance solution across the North Kent area at a realistic cost to you, no matter how big the job. PAT Testing:

Our Engineer is trained and qualified to the electrical standard BS2377 and we are fully insured. Every appliance will be thoroughly tested to meet the code of practice for In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment. We can also carry out PAT Testing on microwaves.

The Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 require any electrical system to be constructed, maintained and used in such a manner as to prevent danger. This means that inspection and testing of systems, including portable appliances, is needed in order to determine if maintenance is required.

Loft Insulation:

Insulating your loft or increasing any insulation you already have will help to heat your home more efficiently. Using less energy reduces carbon dioxide emissions (CO2): one of the biggest causes of climate change. You will also save money on your bills too.
