Halal Restaurant serve a variety of Middle Eastern dishes made with halal meats. Catering for vegetarians is also provided.
The HALAL Restaurant, the oldest Indian eatery in East London, Established in 1939 and still going strong. With over 70 successful years in business in the same grade II listed building and location since 1939. For us to survive for this long means we must be doing something right. That something is simply great tasting food at very affordable prices. The secret of this great tasting food is due to the use of only the very best ingredients available to us combined with the skills of our master chef. We are always in constant dialogue with our suppliers to make sure we are supplied with the very best in quality of products. We do not compromise on the raw ingredients used in our cooking.

Our take away service is always in demand and very popular. Please call us on the number below to place your order. Please advise the person who takes your order if you would like any disposable plates and cutlery, which are complimentary.

Outdoor Catering

We can carry out outdoor catering for any number of people and for any occasions such as weddings, birthday parties and any special events you may have. We can also arrange halls, plates & cutlery and waiting staff etc.

Just tell us your requirements and we will take care of the rest. If you are unsure of what to order, we would be more then happy to discuss this with you over the phone or in person at our restaurant or if you prefer, we can visit you at your property.

Our prices are very competitive. As a special service, all the parties that we cater for are supplied with complimentary popadoms, salad and pickle.

We are the preferred caterer for the “Malayalee Association of the UK” whom we cater for once a week, every week for their weekly members meeting.
