We are a family run house clearance company based in Maidstone, Kent. We also provide other services including household and commercial rubbish clearance, shop and office clearance. We provide a professional and reliable service and cater for everyone from the individual resident to companies and organisations. We are fully insured and registered with the Environment Agency. Our friendly, uniformed team can clear virtually anything from anywhere on the premises in a professional manor, quickly and efficiently.

Rubbish Clearance

In the past rubbish clearance has often meant a rubbish service. We aim to change that with our professional approach and genuine customer service. Our polite, uniformed team will clear just about anything from anywhere on the premises including lofts, gardens, sheds and garages and leave the area tidy. Always reliable, we turn up at the agreed time and can take away just about anything provided it is not deemed hazardous. From beds to bookcases, patio sets to pianos, in fact just about anything you can think of! Certain items such as fridges, freezers, TV's and computer monitors are considered hazardous due to the way they have to be disposed of, we are able to take these items but they may carry a surcharge if not in good working order and in a saleable condition. Why not get a skip? Our service is much easier and quicker than hiring a skip and usually cheaper too.
