We have luxury en suite 3* rooms that have been newly refurbished to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our team here at the new sussex hotel aim to make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible, whether you are here for business or pleasure.
All of our rooms have extremely comfortable bedding and are furnished with flat screen television and en suite bathrooms.
We also have tea and coffee facilities in every room and room service available.

So good it was a no Brainer to use it again!
I first stayed In autumn last year. It was such a great place to stay that I have come back as I am working in the area again. When I phoned to book, I was really impressed with the reply - I could have my original sea view room again!
Returning, I was pleased to see everything was still just as good. Room - perfect. Big bed, slippers, comfy chairs, work space, hot shower.
Bar - friendly staff. Lovely beer.
Breakfast - PERFECT !
Well be working in Lancing again in the summer. You can guess where I will be staying!!!!

Nice traditional english pub, with 8 (i think) bedrooms, we saw 2 and they are quite new, very pleasant, clean and tidy.
In the morning we really enjoyed a full english breakfast. Great place to stay if you like smaller establishments, this must be as good as any and better than most.

We stayed recently with a group of friends and can definitely recommend The New Sussex Hotel - everyone was very friendly and welcoming, the rooms were spotless and very comfortable and no noise. The breakfast was great, the staff couldn't do enough for us - shame we could only stay one night!
“Brilliant stay at this lovely little hotel.......”
My parents have recently moved to Lancing, and myself and my partner stayed at this pub/hotel which is just down the road from their new flat. Overall it was a fantastic experience, the weather was horrible and it was a lovely, warm, cosy pub with a nice atmosphere. Bar staff were efficient and attentive, with no queues at the bar despite it being fairly busy. The rooms have recently been refurbished and they were immaculately clean and tidy with new fittings throughout. Not the biggest room I've ever stayed in but perfect for what we were after. I was concerned I would be able to hear the noise from the pub downstairs in the room, but I genuinely didn't hear anything at all. The beer garden is huge and we didn't go out there due to the weather but will be looking forward to spending time in there in the summer! In the morning, we had a lovely full English breakfast, and we also ate lunch there and the food was very well cooked. We were very well looked after throughout our stay.

we stayed at the hotel for a party we stayed 1 night room was 5 star hotel is spotlessly clean staff were very friendly would have no hesitation in staying there again first class I have stayed in hotels all over the country and I have stayed in 5 star hotels that would not come close to this hotel would just like to say thank you for a wonderful stay
“Nice local place to eat”
Yesterday lunch time we were waiting for some tyres to be fitted across the road from here and having heard some good reports for this Hotel food we decided to give it a try for lunch. It was quite early so was very quiet just a couple at the bar. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, my husband ordered steak and ale pudding and I had chilli concarnie. Although we thought the prices were a little high when the food came both meals were so delicious we didn't mind. We would have liked to have had a sweet but were too full to eat any more.
We shall certainly be going there again and recommend giving it a try, it's great to find a local place that serves up really good food.

I had the delightful privilege of dining with an old friend at this wonderfully ambient Hotel last evening. The food was second to none with impeccable presentation and 5* service. The warm welcome we received by both staff and Land Lord was the icing on the cake for a fabulous evening. Thank goodness its Christmas so I have plenty of excuses to meet up with all my other friends and return to enjoy the rest of this hidden treasures other cullinery delights!
“A Real Little "Gem"”
Planned a dinner meet with a friend of mine and needed somewhere to stay. Saw this on the Website and booked it at short notice, I was not disappointed. A very friendly Pub with some very upmarket rooms at sensible prices, Very welcoming staff, Excellent selection of Ales, free WiFi and a brilliant breakfast cooked by the host!
On street parking and a Seafront car park are available close at hand.
My recommendation to anybody within the area needing a place to stay, do not Go to Worthing or Hove for your accommodation try this place, like me you will find it a real winner and far better value for your money!
