Phil Booth, is a con man. I am a music student who bought a guitar from him. The guitar has a broken neck, Phil knew this and did not tell me before sending it. After several attempts to get a refund he has refused them all. I have proof from 3 different guitar specialists that the guitar is broken. Do not trust Phil Booth! He is a dishonest and does not care about music or the students. He also says he is a qualified yoga instructor and a hypnotist and Alexander technique professor the guy is a only a liar. I will be doing everything in my power to deface this man until I receive a refund. Avoid Phil
