About Harford Bridge Holiday Park

This beautiful level sheltered family run park is set in Darmoor National Park beside the River Tavy, with stunning views of the moor. Just two miles from the market town of Tavistock which has a variety of interesting shops and a pannier market all selling local produce, clothes and trinkets. An indoor swimming pool and cinema/theatre. We are adjacent to the West Devon Cycle Way Route 27, there is a safe footpath to walk in to Tavistock. There is a local bus service to Tavistock and from there are connections to Plymouth and surrounding areas. Nearby horse riding, golf, fishing or just relaxing on this beautiful peaceful park. Open all year.

Camping

Harford Bridge and the River Tavy form a natural boundary to the park offering riverside and other spacious level camping pitches including electric hook-ups and fully serviced pitches. Parking alongside. Free hot water and showers and a separate shower and toilet room for the use of disabled visitors and baby changing facilities.

There is a hard tennis court, children's play area, table tennis, television room, library and information room, launderette. Plentiful supply of picnic tables, two barbecues. Separate dog exercise field. Wi-fi available. Open all year.

Self-catering holiday homes

The self-catering holiday homes and lodges are recent models, which are spacious and set well apart in their own garden area.

2 bedroom holiday homes sleep up to 6 and 3 bedroom holiday homes sleep up to 8. All have full central heating and double glazing. The well equipped kitchen features a full size cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer and all utensils, television, DVD and CD players. Separate toilet and shower room. All heat, light and bedding included in the charges. Patio area with picnic table and parking alongside. Open all year.
