A very professional service

I had a very relaxed time, dealing with the guys, they helped me clear my house, and paid for extra stuff I found on the day of the removal. I am very impressed with the two young gentlemen, they put my faith back in the younger generation. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone. A very professional service. Efficient, personable and careful

I never believe testimonials; I always assume they are concocted by the website owners but having been through the house clearance process with the green clearance company I am persuaded that, in this instance, they are absolutely true. I would not hesitate in recommending the green clearance company to anyone. Firstly, I appreciated their relaxed, unpushy and sympathetic approach to what was an upsetting task of clearing our family home, after my mum's departure to a care home. They were polite and intelligent. This was evident from the initial briefing right through to the dreaded day itself. Secondly, on the clearance day, they were punctual, organised, fast and careful. Overall, they were efficient and personable - a very good formula in my view - and one which helped ease me through a stressful experience

Helpful and understanding

Last year was a difficult time for me. I sadly lost both parents within the space of a few months. I had to deal with their estate; clearing their house and selling the property. I had several quotations to carry out the house clearance but found theirs (the green clearance company) not only to be the most competitive but they were by far the most helpful and very understanding of my needs and requirements. I would most certainly use this company again in the future.

Clearance of holiday home

I had the builders in to carry out some work on my holiday home in Cornwall. There were several good quality items of furniture that needed clearing and I had been let down by another clearance company. Poliite, sympathethic and environmentally friendly

Dealing with this company has been a pleasure. I had the task of clearing my Aunt's property in Cornwall with the complication that I live in Kent. From my first approach and the subsequent visit for a quote, Ed was punctual, polite, sympathetic, helpful and efficient. I was reassured by the 'resell, reuse and recycle' policy as I would not use a company that wasn't environmentally friendly. Having accepted his quote, I was unable to arrange a date for the work due to hold ups with the sale for over a month. He was very understanding and when I was finally able to give a date it was with only a few days notice. Ed arrived on time with 2 colleagues and by lunchtime the house was cleared and cleaned. This is a 5 star company! Thank you so much Ed, you took the stress out of a difficult few days.

Swift and very reasonably priced

The Green Clearance Company were excellent in every way: swift and very reasonably priced, always nice to deal with and extremely efficient. Clearing a parent's house is never pleasant but the service offered by Ed and his partner meant a great deal of upset was avoided. And it's so good to come across a small company who not only live up to their promises but do so with a smile. I'd give them five stars any day.
