We aim to relieve your pain, and to empower you with a greater understanding of how your muscles and joints work. This will we believe, both improve your performance and minimise the risk of injury. We combine a professional and holistic approach to establish the underlying cause and consequently the cure of your pain.

We are a team of therapists who work closely together to ensure that you receive high quality treatments. Our team consists of three physiotherapists who are chartered and state registered and an in house state registered podiatrist who specialises in the biomechanics of the foot and the lower limb. Our friendly practice manager is the person who will probably speak to you on the telephone, greet you when you arrive and also organise your appointments for you.

Physiotherapy?

'Physio' in its purest form is the study of physiology. Physiotherapy is an in depth study of the body's anatomy, physiology and all of the detailed components required in normal movement. Combined with a sound knowledge of pathology a physiotherapist can evaluate pain and dysfunction and determine how best to resolve it.

Physiotherapy combines medical knowledge with a natural approach. A physiotherapist's essential tools are knowledge, problem solving and communication skills and also therapeutic hands. It is an established and evolving profession.
