The build-your-own engagement ring which I purchased from Hatton Jewels was absolutely perfect, my fiancee is delighted with it. Very efficient service, including when we sent it back to be re sized. The service I received from Sarah was brilliant Even though my bank was terrible and took 2 hours () to authorise the payment Sarah was a joy throughout working so hard to sort the problems in her cheerful , patient and professional manner . We chose our engagement ring here. Excellent one to one customer service from Sophie, we had several appointments to make sure it was the right one and were shown a good range. Also really helpful showing us a range of wedding bands.
