Terrible communication. I received a text to offer a date for an appointment which I did not see in time to take up. Such offer was deemed a "missed appointment" to which I have received a request for £99 (or otherwise no future grooming). On the day of the "missed appointment" I received no call, text, email, or any attempt to reach myself or my partner (despite us having previously provided numerous contact methods for us both). I was only informed of the "missed appointment" nearly a month after the event.
