Rude and very unpleasant

I dropped my parcels(DHL) here and the shop owner was really unfriendly and it was the worst customer service ever I've received. My parcels were fragile and since it's over the weekend, they will be collected on Monday, I kindly asked him to handle my parcels with care. He straight away said 'what do you want me to do? Do you want me to put them in the safe and lock them?' I can't believe he is running the shop in this manner in the cummunity. The owner didn't want to listen to customers needs and not willing to help. Sounded like not to bother. No acknowledging or trying to help. Just like pay and leave the shop asap. That's how I felt. Even 1star is too mch for him. Not misunderstaing, how you treated your customers are terrible. It was not pleasant at all.
