Terrible and unprofessional. Initially one of the sons did a great job with my bathroom sink. Then called them for another job and the associates (most probably his middle aged son) was totally useless, first job was incomplete, and had a massive leak then he came back straight away but still couldn't fix the issue and was just obnoxious and kept referring to my mum as 'oi' sorry who does the untrained 'plumber' think he is and I called back to request Alan to come and have a look and he put the phone down on me. Needs to go back to school and learn decent etiquette. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
