The Hotel

The hotel was built for Queen Adelaide who was Consort Queen to William IV around the mid 1830’s. Queen Adelaide's name is probably best remembered in the Australian state of South Australia, founded during the brief reign of William IV. The capital city of Adelaide was named after her in 1836.
The Hotel has undergone a multi million pound enhancement encompassing all 42 bedrooms and public areas achieving the highest standards possible and an AA 4 star rating.
