The contemporary menu uses only the freshest ingredients to create a light and healthy dining experience. Start with the pepper crusted yellowfin tuna or the hand-dived Orkney scallops before enjoying one of the main courses including halibut roasted on the bone with wilted little gem and salsa verde or a 35 day aged rib eye steak.
