To help you return to your optimum level of health, we provide a unique level of care which focuses on 5 key points: Specific adjustments using the Gonstead chiropractic technique and kinesiology to increase spinal movement, reduce nerve interference and build up of scar tissue. Muscle balancing with specific stretches and exercises to re-establish strength and stamina in supporting muscles.
