To make an appointment simply find your nearest clinic from our clinics list, then phone to speak to one of our sympathetic receptionists who will be happy to answer all your questions and will help you to pick a time and day best suited to you to start your weight loss. After seeing the Doctor, if you don't want to proceed or are one of the very rare people we can't help, then you pay absolutely nothing for the consultation.

Our weight loss programmes are designed to help you lose weight safely and show you how to keep that weight off forever - this is not a difficult achievement if you stick to our sensible eating programme and maintain a reasonable lifestyle and, even when dieting, you should never feel hungry.
