About The Therapist
I have spent most of my working life dedicated to assisting people in one form or another. Initially this was as a consultant risk adviser in the insurance industry.
However, about 36 years ago I discovered hypnotherapy. At first, perhaps like you, I was very sceptical of anything that could be achieved by using hypnosis. Nevertheless, I started to use hypnosis and having achieved profound changes in my own life, decided, from that moment, to study and practice how to use hypnotherapy to help others achieve similar goals. For the last 34 years, I have successfully worked with people helping them change, alter, or come to terms with their feelings reactions and habits through the power of hypnotherapy.
To ensure you get the best treatment, I have studied skills from the very best sources for my profession. My qualifications:-
Honours Degree in Psychology, and I am accredited at senior level by the following organizations: The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, the National Council of Psychotherapists, the National Council for Hypnotherapy, the Institute for Stress Management Association, the Royal Society of Medicine, and am a graduate member of the British Psychological Society. I also studied for twelve months with Dr Richard Bandler, the co-founder of NLP. following which, I was accredited as master and trainer of N.L.P.
I am compliant with NHS guidlines in tha I am a qualified health professional and registered with CNHC and my CNHC registration number is 000156-A11
if you want to stop smoking, hypnotherapy can help. However, the keyword here is that you have to want to stop. I should also mention that cooperation is necessary with the therapist to achieve your goal. It's not merely a matter of putting somebody on a chair going whoosh bang wallop and the problem is dealt with. The therapist aides you, the subject, to change your state of awareness from an active state to passive state, and in that passive state rearranges some of the programmable aspects of your neurology within your brain in order that you can achieve a new set of behaviours involving the avoidance of cigarettes tobacco or any other substance.
