Welcome to the law practice of Gillian Linford, Solicitor.

We are a small law practice in south east Dorset specialising in helping people set their affairs in order, plan for the future and so achieve the best quality of life possible whatever the present or future brings. Many of our clients are older people or their families, but we have plenty of younger clients too.

We focus on personal service at a time and place to suit you. Our initial no-obligation meeting takes away the worry about fees while we explore your needs with you and anyone else you want to include.

I am Gillian Linford and I'™m a solicitor. I have specialised for the past 18 years in the law about individuals and their personal and financial affairs. Often, this means my clients are older people, but people of all ages need to plan for the future. I am a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

I have worked in south east Dorset, mainly around Poole and Bournemouth, all this time and, after many years in a large local practice, I now offer a personalised one to one service in my own right. All clients are visited in their own homes as a matter of course and weekend or evening visits are arranged at no extra charge to fit in with clients preferences or to enable family members to be present if wished.
