I don't usually leave review to anyone but this experienced I had with rude staff in this convenience store is beyond unacceptable. I went to claim my amazon parcel today I was calling for long time and the man came from behind the store showing an attitude to me he was yelling at me saying yes I'm coming I was very shocked the way he talk to me I didn't understand what was his problem, I was only calling because no one is at store. Showed my barcode and he asked for ID which I showed him my driving licence and he accused me of being rude??i never encountered such a person like him, he's got an attitude problem. I am now hesitant to use this shop. Leaving unattended the shop can lead to burglar and our parcels are not really safe. I am very upset the way he treated customer. And it's not fair on the owner of the shops.
Appalling service
God forbid your DPD parcel should be redirected to this appalling shop. The man who works here is incredibly rude, obstructive, and downright incompetent. Literally the most frustrating, shambolic customer service I have ever received. The man behind the till cannot follow basic instructions, has zero common sense, and refused to hand over my parcel which I needed urgently for my wedding the following day, despite me having a valid DPD collection QR code and proof of address. He caused me so much upset, to the point where other customers were pleading with him on my behalf to hand over my parcel and he flatly refused without even bothering to scan the DPD QR code. I still don’t understand what on earth his problem was and can only assume that he doesn’t know what he’s doing or was getting a kick out of causing upset just for the sake of it. I will be complaining to DPD as this shop also leaves all the parcels unsecured out on the side for anyone to potentially steal.
