Disgustingly uninterested level of service

OK, I got my Nissan serviced and MOTed here because Nissan messed up and recall the car (an airbag issue). The people seemed nice, if a bit fraught, and there was nowhere to leave your other car. We also asked for the keys to be checked, as we'd had issues with the keys. Well, that was less than a fortnight ago, and today, for the first time, my husband tried the new key - didn't work - AND - still worse - the car didn't work either. Well, we are reasonable people. We assumed that the garage would wish to set the matter straight and get the job done right. In this WE WERE WRONG. The garage could not have been less interested. They wouldn't even come a couple of miles to us to get the car going. INSTEAD, they insisted that we get Green Flag to come out (when they ought to be rescuing people on motorways) in order to get the car working. I have NEVER, in 50 years, found a company with less interest in serving its customers. They deserve to be shut down. Yours sincerely, AM
