Hello my name is Elaine Wright I am a qualified Integrative counsellor and a member of The British Association for Counselling and Psycotherapy and I work to their ethical standards. I work in a client centred way allowing you your own autonomy using Psychodynamic, Mindful Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Emotional Freedom thechniques. all of which provides you with a rich divers therapy to work with. I am able to work with a wide range of issues including, Depression, Anger Management , Loss, anxiety ,stress, relationship problems and addiction I also have experience of working with children within the education system including dyslexia and ADHD. I have a private practice at my home in Hitchin Hertford shire and I also see clients at a local alternative health centre.
