Disgusting and appalling customer service

I have never experienced such disgusting and appalling customer service ever more than I did from Brandons shop owner and his sidekick son, I stepped over a case of beers on the floor almost tripping over to be told by the sidekick that it was a barrier, I said oh, Ok I get it but should'nt it be higher and with something on it explaining what it is, it is a trip hazard, this was followed by a barrage of abuse from the sidekick culminating in a demand that I say sorry for stepping over his box of beers. Is he from another planet? I was the one who should have had the apology for his negligence and breach of health and safety. This was followed by another tirade of shouting from the father who was shouting at me so loudly I am sure it could be heard from outside the shop, I actually thought he was in danger of having a heart attack in front of me.
